I've supported pharmacy operations at MUSC Children's Hospital and Herold's Pharmacy, processing prescriptions, preparing medications, managing documentation, and assisting pharmacists in hospital and community settings.

At MUSC Children's Hospital, I used EPIC, DoseEdge, and Omnicell to fill, label, dispense, return, package, and deliver medications. I prepared sterile IV and non-sterile medications, maintained IV room sanitation, replenished Omnicell, and ordered Schedule III–V medications.

At Herold's Pharmacy, I processed high-volume prescriptions and insurance billing across Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Tricare, PPO, and HMO plans. I also prepared sterile, non-sterile, specialty, and hazardous compounded medications while managing supplies, shipments, and patient documentation.

I've also led daily operations, staff training, recruitment, compliance, customer service, and performance support for teams of 20–40 employees. I'm PTCB-certified and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Health Care Administration.
