I’m a Certified Pharmacy Technician with a strong focus on accurate medication dispensing, patient counseling, and day-to-day pharmacy efficiency. I manage inventory levels, maintain patient profiles, and collaborate with pharmacists to verify prescriptions, resolve discrepancies, and support medication adherence.

I’m hands-on with pharmacy workflows including prescription intake, order entry, medication refills, and automated dispensing systems (ADS) to reduce wait times. I prioritize regulatory compliance—especially HIPAA—while working within quality and safety standards for compounding, including USP 795 and USP 797.

I also support specialty medication access by working with insurance companies on prior authorizations and insurance claim processing. I’ve trained new pharmacy technicians on standard operating procedures, supported immunization clinics, and bring a dependable, quick-learner mindset backed by long-term experience in inventory and customer-facing roles.
