At Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC), I coordinate concurrent medical education projects and residency program initiatives from planning through execution. I work with physicians, faculty, administrators, academic partners, and learners to organize schedules, communications, logistics, and time-sensitive deliverables.

I coordinate residency recruitment through ERAS and Thalamus, along with onboarding, orientation, and virtual education events. I also support Clinical Competency Committee meetings with materials and documentation for the evaluation and progression of 22 residents.
