What I'm looking for
I manage daily operations for an Internal Medicine Residency program, supporting 147 residents and multiple sub-specialty rotations. I coordinate ACGME accreditation activities, including timely WebADS updates, program letters of agreement (PLAs), and milestone reporting.
I also develop and monitor the program budget, track resident expenses, manage CME funds and reimbursement processes, and lead annual recruitment via ERAS/NRMP. I serve as the primary liaison for HR, payroll, and license issues, and I verify board eligibility and training milestones while producing verification letters and alumni data.
Previously, I led daily operations for high-volume cardiology and multi-specialty practices, improving clinic flow, reducing patient wait times, and maximizing provider efficiency. I monitor performance metrics, implement corrective action plans, ensure OSHA/HIPAA/CMS compliance through audits, and maintain records in New Innovations and Kronos to support duty hour monitoring and accurate time tracking.
