At COCA-COLA BEVERAGES KENYA, I led country-level supply chain planning across materials, production, inventory and distribution. I also led the monthly Integrated Business Planning / S&OP process, aligning commercial, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and finance priorities.

I redesigned material planning across three legacy entities with separate ERP environments, creating a common view of shared materials. This reduced duplicated replenishment requirements and unnecessary inventory exposure.

At ALMASI BEVERAGES LIMITED, I formulated the Almasi 2019–2023 corporate strategy and translated its priorities into measurable objectives and KPIs. I established business analytics capabilities and standardised daily performance reporting.

At CENTUM INVESTMENT PLC, I directed implementation of the Centum 3.0 Strategy and introduced a project-management culture. Earlier, as Finance Officer, I established subsidiaries on the accounting platform and designed controls that reduced parking-fee cash-collection variances to zero.
