Improved order flow from picking, staging, and loading to trucks in a constant flow manner thus increasing from On-time- in-full KPI to 96% from 82%. Instituted measures attained from surveillance audits and through implementation passed and attained FSSC:22000 & ISO:22000 certification.

Decreased Passed Due Orders by 70%. Reduced reworks from 15 per month division wide to the Division Goal of zero per month Improved on-time sales order shipments from 80% to 99%.

Conducted 8 kai-zen events which resulted in over Kshs 650,000 over a period of 6 months in profit improvement savings based on improved productivity, improved quality and in waste reduction. Designed, trained, and implemented a 5S auditing system to improve plant organization and housekeeping.
