I’m a Salesforce developer who delivers production-ready solutions across Agentforce, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and complex enterprise integrations. I’ve built and deployed Agentforce AI agents, shipping end-to-end features that go from design and orchestration to reliable delivery.

On the Agentforce side, I’ve worked with Agent Builder, Topics & Actions, and Prompt Builder to create agent architectures, and I’ve supported production workflows with Apex-backed orchestration. I also implemented AI visual search concepts using vector search with Cohere embeddings and Pinecone, integrating through Named Credentials and Apex callouts.

In Revenue and sales execution, I’ve configured multi-region pricing and built templated quote-document pipelines for CPQ, including resolving template-level formatting defects. I’m comfortable translating C-suite requirements into documented technical solutions and coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.

For integrations and reliability, I’ve owned Salesforce-to-ERP and third-party connectivity using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware—working with Epicor and Sage Intacct—and handled sandbox testing, release protocols, and on-call incident response to keep client orgs stable.
