I'm looking for flexible remote or part-time/full-time opportunities where I can lead Salesforce architecture, automation, integrations, and AI-powered workflows for global clients.

I've delivered end-to-end Salesforce consulting and implementation work for global healthcare, retail, and professional-services clients, designing solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and automation. I build custom functionality with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and API integrations.

I also architect AI-powered service workflows using Agentforce, Einstein AI, Claude, and OpenAI, including case classification, Next Best Action, intelligent case summarisation, and content generation. Previously, at SF Solution Experts GmbH, I implemented Salesforce solutions, mentored 7+ engineers, and reduced case-resolution time through Einstein AI Case Classification.
