At WeatherWalay Private Limited, I managed the project lifecycle and service integrations for WeatherWalay, Jazz, and Ufone. The work onboarded 2.25 million Jazz users and 1.4 million Ufone users, and achieved a 43% revenue increase.
As a Project Coordinator at Metro Consulting Grid (MCG), I worked with stakeholders and senior leadership on plans for VoIP and Managed Services implementations. I also managed project execution and maintained documentation and weekly status updates.
