I’m a Healthcare Recruitment & Operations Specialist with more than 3 years of experience supporting Australian healthcare recruitment operations. I specialize in GP and specialist recruitment support—sourcing, pre-screening, backend administration, and coordination—across South Asia and the Philippines.
I manage visa-compliant advertising for healthcare vacancies (including 482/186), maintain DPA/MMM location details, and build accurate job and vacancy content on JobAdder and multiple job boards. I also handle candidate applications, edit and format CVs to Australian healthcare market standards, and conduct professional reference checks to support confident shortlisting.
