I’m a Centre Manager who acts as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders—streamlining student management and ensuring seamless project delivery. I also lead marketing initiatives and ad-hoc strategic projects to improve brand visibility and student acquisition in a competitive SME landscape.

I manage the workflow for learning resources and worksheets, shifting from typing to supervising to protect quality and timely availability. I maintain high standards for the centre’s physical and professional image, continuously improving the customer walk-in experience.

Previously, as an Admin Associate at the National Dental Centre, I generated qualitative data for staff review and produced quantitative reports and charts for patient experience survey results. I handled data scrubbing and supported coordination of the I-CARE Communication Workshop, while contributing to PX initiatives and events.

Earlier in my career with the Singapore Armed Forces as a Military Police Platoon Sergeant and Section Commander (NS), I ensured guardroom security operations ran smoothly and deterred potential threats. I led teams in high-tempo scenarios, handled infrastructure and logistics queries through the right parties to avoid operational implications, and created a fair reinforcement system that improved morale.
