I’m a motivated B.Com graduate seeking an entry-level position in the banking sector to apply my knowledge of finance, accounting, and customer service. In a 3-month internship at India Post Payments Bank at Manamadurai Head Office, I gained hands-on experience in daily banking operations, transaction processing, and customer interaction.

I assisted customers with account opening, query resolution, cash withdrawals and deposits, and ensured smooth banking services in both suboffice and head office environments. Through training and workshops, I strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach—alongside developing practical communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
