What I'm looking for

I seek a role in talent acquisition where I can manage end-to-end hiring for IT roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and grow professionally in a supportive environment.

I am an HR recruiter with hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, having worked with staffing firms to identify and place qualified candidates across US and domestic requirements.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (2020–2022) from Anna University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (2017–2020) from University of Madras, which gives me both technical understanding and HR domain knowledge.

My experience includes end-to-end recruitment, developing action plans with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and coordinating with recruiting leads to deliver hires on client needs.
