What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote Corporate Trainer or Learning & Development opportunities where I can deliver technical and behavioural learning, build structured onboarding and capability programs, and facilitate engaging classroom or virtual sessions.

I plan, coordinate and facilitate structured learning programs for employees, trainees and technical personnel in electricity distribution.

At MP West Discom / M.P. Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd., I deliver technical, behavioural and workplace learning on safety, operational practices, communication, emotional intelligence, stress management and supervisory effectiveness.

I support end-to-end AE/JE onboarding, including a 70-day trainee development program, with scheduling, faculty coordination, assessments, feedback and completion reporting. I turn technical and process-heavy subjects into learner-friendly classroom and virtual sessions for mixed audiences.

I also create PowerPoint decks, SOPs, manuals, facilitator materials, quizzes and training reports. My earlier academic and banking experience strengthened my communication, learner engagement, process adherence and people-management foundation.
