Owned UX and design research across several concurrent projects, from research planning and participant recruitment through synthesis and recommendations. Facilitated community dialogues and participatory research sessions whose findings informed service and program design.

Supported faculty research on Covid-19 disinformation through structured literature review and secondary data synthesis, and gathered contextual observations on a site visit for an academic article.

Designed and led end-to-end research for the Reimagine Avenue Market and Equity-Centered Principal Pipeline initiatives, owning protocol design, participant recruitment, fieldwork, and analysis. Conducted 100+ one-on-one interviews and field observations with caregivers, staff, and program participants.

Led research for client workplace redesign projects, using evidence-based methods to inform decisions on productivity, employee well-being, and culture. Developed research roadmaps and facilitated multi-stakeholder workshops that turned stakeholder input into implementable recommendations.

Conducted mixed-methods research for a national creative-education program for transition-year students across Ireland. Worked with community leaders and industry stakeholders to surface user needs and shape targeted program interventions.
