I'm building Bodapati Additive Manufacturing Studio (BAMS), an independent consultancy serving OEMs, clinics, and entrepreneurs across the EU, UK, MENA, and India. I founded the India-based AM service bureau in 2019 and formalized BAMS LLC-FZ in Dubai in 2026.
At Semlinger Industry, I have engineered and printed 50+ patient-specific anatomical models for orthopedic, dental, and otolaryngology procedures. I established a sub-millimeter DICOM-to-physical workflow, use PolyJet for rigid and soft-tissue models, and support ISO 13485-compliant clinical traceability.
Previously at Stratasys, I trained 150+ professionals across APAC, EMEA, and AMER, created ROI frameworks used by 50+ sales professionals, and developed a TCO calculator across five Stratasys technologies. At PartsToGo and Lazer Lamps, I delivered 30–40% cycle-time reductions while improving additive operations, quality systems, and manufacturing IT.
I bring DfAM, topology optimization, CAD, manufacturing economics, and continuous improvement together to turn additive manufacturing into practical, scalable production and clinical workflows.
