At PTM Mechatronics, I lead mechanical development for custom agitator systems, industrial automation equipment, and special-purpose machinery for hygienic and ATEX applications.
I take machine development from customer requirements and feasibility studies through detailed design, manufacturing release, and final validation. I create production-ready assemblies, machined parts, sheet-metal designs, BOMs, and documentation in SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM.
My work includes pneumatic systems, sensor and drive integration, CE conformity, risk assessments, and ATEX product certification with TÜV bodies. I coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, and assembly teams throughout project execution.
Earlier, I supported CNC manufacturing and production planning at Aumüller Aumatic and HG-Medical, where I also trained apprentices. I bring hands-on machining experience alongside mechanical engineering, automation, and project management knowledge.
