Administered Autodesk Inventor and Vault systems, including iLogic rules, iParts, and Content Center library setup. Acted as project-responsible engineer for special-purpose screw-technology machinery from client request through final acceptance, handling mechanical design, drawings, feasibility studies, commissioning, and customer acceptance.

Designed and developed special-purpose machinery and production tools, initiating and managing process and quality improvement projects. Conducted feasibility studies to support machinery and tooling implementation.

Designed and developed mechanical components for LiDAR sensors, including solid-state laser-related mechanisms, piezoelectric actuators, and MEMS-structured mirrors. Built and commissioned mechatronic assemblies for opto-mechanical systems such as optical alignment stages and test stands, creating technical drawings with GD&T, BOMs, and coordinating supplier feasibility.

Designed, developed, and supported manufacturing of machinery and sheet metal products including conveyor systems, box tippers, and rehabilitation devices. Created drawings, GD&T tolerances, BOMs, and welding instructions, and supervised workshop execution and quality control of tolerance compliance.

Led a cross-disciplinary design team of 5 engineers and delivered special-purpose machinery from concept through commissioning, including an automatic glue-stick filling machine and a large pneumatic heat press. Drove product development to serial production and defined technical drawings, specifications, and software requirements for dispensing systems.

Managed technical projects related to production equipment development and delivery. Coordinated project activities from concept through commissioning, supporting documentation and technical requirements.

Led interdisciplinary engineering projects from concept to commissioning of production equipment, including CNC laser/SMD mounting, micro-wire embedding, salt bath furnace, and thermo-forming oven systems. Developed aviation and railway products from concept through certification and serial production, creating technical drawings, specifications, and software requirements.
