At Osypka GmbH, I stabilize, standardize, and validate cleanroom manufacturing and assembly processes, with a focus on process capability, scrap reduction, and repeatable quality. I plan and run design of experiments, then document and hand robust process windows over to series production.
At FIT Voltaira Autokabel Gruppe GmbH and Auto-Kabel Management GmbH, I led commissioning and troubleshooting work across production sites. I industrialized laser and ultrasonic welding processes, conducted FAT/SAT and final acceptance, and supported qualification and transfer to series production.
My work also includes Lean and Six Sigma process improvements, risk and quality documentation, and cross-functional coordination between engineering, production, and quality. At Branson Ultraschall Niederlassung der Emerson Technologies GmbH, I conducted welding trials and analyzed results for my bachelor thesis on feed units used in ultrasonic welding.
