I currently deliver Windows Server upgrades and new builds at ITC Infotech across on-premises and Azure VM environments. I use PowerShell, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Terraform to standardize delivery, harden systems to CIS requirements, and support vulnerability remediation.
Previously at Zensar Technologies, I provided L3 support across Windows Server, VMware vSphere, and Azure VMs while strengthening identity security through Windows LAPS, Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access, RBAC, and privileged access controls. I also managed Zerto and Veeam disaster recovery, Qualys remediation, Microsoft Defender, and automated Azure VM lifecycle management with Terraform.
