I'm seeking a challenging Human Resource Development role where I can use my HR business partnering, employee relations, recruitment, operations, and analytics skills to support organizational and individual growth.

At Technotask Business Solutions, I partner with business leaders on the full hire-to-retire employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to performance, retention, succession, and exit management.

I've also led HR business partnering at EqualizeRCM Services, employee relations at Theorem India, and HR operations, education, training, and assessment at Infosys BPM. My work includes recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee wellness, grievance handling, conflict resolution, HR policy implementation, compliance, and HR analytics.

I use HRIS, dashboards, MIS reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Payroll, and business leaders to support people decisions and organizational effectiveness.
