At Optix Africa, I manage software implementation projects and support clients through onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting. I translate client needs into technical specifications and work with developers on system improvements.
I architected end-to-end BI using Looker Studio and SQL, establishing data requirements that enable clients to use self-service analytics. I also design and maintain custom SQL reports and dashboards for client decision-making and operational performance tracking.
Using Python and SQL, I engineer and test APIs and ETL integrations between backend systems and client environments. I’ve also used AI-driven Python development to accelerate bug fixes and deliver APIs, integrations, and features.
