At JPMorgan Chase, I lead and mentor Agility Leads and Scrum Masters across CIB Markets, drive quarterly planning for CDS and GCI, and provide executive updates on execution, Agile metrics, and strategic OKRs. I also coach the GCI Index Tranches Migration across 12 teams and have scaled an AI-augmented PDLC to 1,000+ teams.
Previously at UBS, I steered Credit transformation for the CDIO Group Finance Crew, coaching 20+ Agility Leads across two crews of roughly 400 members and helping integrate UBS and Credit Suisse teams into a consistent Agile framework. I founded and led the Scrum & Flow Master Guild community of practice.
Across HDFC Bank, Accenture, and Capgemini, I’ve built Agile CoEs, led SAFe transformations, facilitated leadership and product workshops, and coached teams through delivery, flow, and organizational change.
