I'm looking to lead Agile transformation and complex delivery, coaching teams and leaders while improving governance, predictability, and data-driven decision-making.

At JPMorgan Chase, I lead Agile delivery and transformation across five Scrum teams in the Limit Management portfolio. I established portfolio governance, sprint standards, dashboards, and a Copilot-enabled solution that automates governance checks and reporting.

Previously at Aptiv, Accenture, and HCL, I coached teams and leaders, served as RTE for a 10-team ART, and improved delivery outcomes through Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Agile maturity assessments, and practical workshops. I bring 20+ years in IT and 8+ years in Agile leadership, helping teams turn delivery data into better decisions.
