What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead delivery of scalable Java, cloud-native, event-driven systems and production AI workflows while mentoring distributed teams and collaborating effectively across time zones.

At Firstsource Solutions, I lead Java/Spring Boot delivery for Wayfair's SupportHub SaaS platform, building REST and GraphQL APIs, Kafka and Google Pub/Sub pipelines, and Terraform-managed GCP infrastructure supporting thousands of daily ticket operations.

I've delivered a production RAG-based incident resolution system using OpenAI Embeddings, pgvector, and semantic search, helping on-call engineers find relevant troubleshooting steps faster. I also built Wayfair's configurable React and TypeScript form builder and Jira-integrated workflows for purchase orders and carrier operations.

Across 12+ years in e-commerce, financial services, healthcare, web, and mobile products, I've built cloud microservices on AWS and GCP, owned CI/CD and observability, and mentored distributed teams through code reviews and documented architecture decisions.
