I’m a Technical Manager and Project Head with experience managing telecom vendor delivery across multiple field sites, keeping projects on schedule and maintaining high service quality. In my current role, I generate O&M monthly fix reports, MIS and JMS reporting outputs, and Joint Measurement Sheet/Abstract Sheets for 10+ telecom company clients. I monitor daily site progress using the I-Mapp app and conduct regular follow-ups through site supervisors and the field support team to ensure milestones are met.
Before and alongside my work, I built a technical foundation through Electronics & Telecommunication and Computer Science studies, plus training in robotics and industrial exposure at Airport Authority of India, Agartala. I bring strong analytics, quick learning, and team coordination—along with secure portal maintenance and 100% data accuracy—to help organizations operate efficiently and confidently.
