At Evolve Back, Kabini, I supported guest experiences as an Industrial Trainee from February to June 2025. I analyzed guest requirements and helped deliver tailored service.

I also coordinated with operational departments to support service delivery and resolve guest escalations. My work included administrative workflows and guest communication logs using internal management systems.

For my comparative study of customer preferences between quick service restaurants and traditional dining restaurants, I used Google Forms to gather survey responses. I organized and analyzed the data using Microsoft Office and developed recommendations from the findings.

At college, I created promotional posters and visual materials for departmental fests and events, and supported their digital promotion. I also hosted and coordinated events including Euphoria, Avaram, and Pavarga.
