What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can grow sales, build lasting customer relationships, manage travel or service experiences, and contribute through consultative selling, CRM management, and revenue growth.

I'm currently designing personalized domestic and international travel itineraries at TripFactory, advising clients on destinations, flights, hotels, activities, and travel experiences.

I manage end-to-end trip planning, from bookings and documentation to transfers and itinerary coordination. I also negotiate with travel partners and suppliers for competitive rates, upgrades, and customized packages.

Previously at Sri Rajeswari Jewellery Works, I managed prospecting records in CRM, built customer relationships, and consistently met or exceeded sales targets across territories. I supported more than 10 customers simultaneously while reporting sales insights and growth opportunities to senior management.

I'm focused on consultative selling, customer retention, travel planning, and responsive client support. I bring experience with Zoho CRM, sales follow-ups, negotiation, and revenue generation.
