At Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (_VOIS), I lead test management and quality assurance for telecom and enterprise communications programmes. I set risk-based test strategies and coordinate end-to-end and system integration testing, including work on Vodafone Business Compliance Recording SMS Service Fulfilment and Service Hub.

I use Jira and Xray to support test governance, traceability and quality reporting, and coach testers in risk-based test design and defect investigation. I’m also building capability in AI-assisted testing, Generative AI and test automation.
