At Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (_VOIS), I lead test management for telecom and enterprise communications programmes, including Vodafone Business Compliance Recording SMS Service Fulfilment and Service Hub. I guide end-to-end and system integration testing, from planning and scenario design through release-quality assessment.
I establish test governance with risk-based plans, quality gates, defect triage and RAID management. My reporting covers test coverage, defect trends, residual risk and completion to support go/no-go decisions.
For VONE-C, VONE-M, Vodafone SD-WAN, Global Internet, Cloud Connect and security-monitoring solutions, I managed integration testing, reviewed requirements and test materials, and coordinated lab connectivity and multi-country dial-plan testing. I used Spectra for dial-plan testing and worked with MPLS, VRF and VLAN environments.
Earlier, I worked on Polycom HDX testing and support, advised customers on Avaya Communication Manager, and developed, tested and supported Avaya Communication Manager features. I hold an ISTQB Foundation certification and am building capability in AI-assisted testing, Generative AI, Python and Playwright.
