Part of the core leadership team building Motherson's renewable energy IPP business to support the group's 2040 Net Zero commitment. Led RFP, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation for a 15 MWp solar rooftop mandate across 20+ sites, and is leading the development of a ~20 MWp single-shed solar rooftop project.

Closed 80 MW in module sales and built a 500 MW pipeline targeting KUSUM C developers in the Indian market. Built a techno-commercial LCOE tool to support value-based sales to IPPs, EPCs, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Supported 4 GW of module sales across the USA and APAC market regions. Supported the development of a 3.4 GW fully integrated manufacturing plant in Chennai, India, including production ramp and product testing before market launch.

Temporarily relocated to Dubai for 6 months to support the UAE market as part of the Technical Sales team.

Joined the Technical Sales team in India in January 2019, supporting module sales and technical support in the region.

Joined the Product Management team in Ohio, USA, in 2017, supporting product development and strategy.

Managed c-Si module production BOM, led the quality and reliability lab for a 200 MW module manufacturing plant, and ran warranty field testing across project sites in the USA.

Conducted lab and field reliability testing (IV, EL, IR, diode, accelerated stress) across crystalline silicon, CdTe, and CIGS technologies, and performed field performance testing of 20 MW of solar rooftop and ground mount PV plants installed across Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and California.
