At SS&C Intralinks, I independently built a reusable AI chat application with Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS, then integrated it with four internal company applications. It supports third-party LLMs and agents, streamed responses, conversation history, attachments, and live-agent handoff.
I also implemented DataCtl workflows for bulk operations, customer archives, and data movement, including support for more than 60 operation types. My work included order dashboards, Amazon S3 file transfers, audit logs, and archive analytics for support teams.
For enterprise multi-agent systems, I developed orchestration, persistent workflow state, MCP tool integrations, and human-approval flows. Earlier, at Persistent Systems Limited, I developed reusable React modules for IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management; at Innominds and Resource One IT Solutions, I worked on analytics and customer-facing web applications.
