At Smart IMS, I design and develop Xymphony AI, an enterprise Agentic AI platform for creating and deploying AI agents, agent teams, and automated workflows. I’ve built configurable LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines that support enterprise knowledge systems.

I also developed real-time voice and chat agents, secure multi-tenant backend services, and the Xymphony Insurance Admin Portal. The portal includes operational tools and analytics and improved internal operational efficiency by approximately 80%.

Previously, at Valmi.io, I built product front-end features and ETL connector flows, and at InfosysPvt. Ltd. I enhanced a logistics management platform. My personal projects include Bindbox AI, CodeGen AI, and Video AI.
