What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Medical Virtual Assistant role where I can combine clinical knowledge, patient communication, medical documentation, scheduling, and administrative support to help healthcare teams deliver efficient, confidential patient care.

I've supported patient care, healthcare operations, medical documentation, and health-related research across Ecopharm Pharmacy Limited, Libro Medical Center, and Global Health Uganda.

At Ecopharm Pharmacy Limited, I supported clients with medical inquiries, prescription processing, referrals, insurance-related administration, billing support, claim documentation, and prior authorization requests. I maintained confidential medication records while supporting operations across two pharmacy branches.

At Libro Medical Center, I delivered patient assessment, clinical documentation, treatment support, follow-up, and coordinated patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

Through Global Health Uganda, I supported an SMS reminder study on HPV vaccine dose completion, coordinating consent, interviews, participant follow-up, data organization, transcription, and research reports.
