I’m looking to lead RFP and grant strategy where compliance, win-rate growth, and process efficiency matter. I want to streamline proposal workflows and accelerate delivery with AI, partnering cross-functionally to produce high-quality, fundable outcomes.

I’m a strategic RFP, grants, and education programs leader who manages the full lifecycle of bids, proposals, and federal/state funding with a strong compliance mindset. I’m known for increasing win rates, streamlining workflows, and building scalable systems that improve operational efficiency.

In bid and contract leadership, I drive end-to-end RFP and bid management—building state procurement pipelines, developing RFP templates and tracking systems, and accelerating proposal timelines. At Zaner-Bloser, I improved proposal quality and increased win rate by 47%, and I increased proposal submission rate by 73% through structured workflows.

Across federal programs and grants, I’ve managed full grant lifecycles for multiple charter school clients, centralized documentation and fiscal reporting with grant-tracking software, and partnered with state agencies and education stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation. I strengthened monitoring and reporting so clients consistently met federal, state, and programmatic requirements.
