At Telecom, previously through IBM Argentina, I lead technical decision-making for requirement implementations using OmniStudio. I collaborate with functional profiles and architects to turn business requirements into practical technical solutions.
I support developers through coding and testing, approve demos against requirements and quality standards, and coordinate cross-team technical impact analysis. I also oversee Copado deployments through production and conduct post-production reviews for stability and performance.
Previously, I developed Salesforce solutions for IBM Argentina's Telecom client using Apex Classes, Triggers, and OmniStudio (Vlocity), while estimating user stories, documenting final solutions, and presenting system improvements.
