At Arcadia Tech, I build and administer Salesforce solutions for US clients, including Becton, Dickinson and Company’s MMS business unit in an enterprise org supporting approximately 75,000 active users. I design governor-limit-aware Apex automation, REST and SOAP integrations with SAP through MuleSoft, and reliable retry and audit-logging processes.

I translate stakeholder requirements into Technical Governance designs, deliver releases through Git-backed Copado CI/CD, and create Lightning experiences with LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Experience Sites, Flow, and Salesforce reporting. I’ve also delivered SAP data experiences, data migrations, SSO, Email-to-Case automation, React frontends, and Node.js integrations while working with US-based teams in English.
