I'm looking for opportunities to lead telecom operations, service delivery, financial clearing, partner management, and cross-functional projects that improve accuracy, efficiency, customer outcomes, and business growth.

At Comfone AG, I manage roaming financial clearing for international telecom partners, covering reconciliation, settlement validation, billing accuracy, disputes, and contract compliance. I improve clearing workflows, reduce manual errors, and support timely issue resolution across finance, technical, and customer support teams.

Previously, at HERE Technologies, I enabled a global Local Data Intelligence service offering that generated $500K USD in revenue contracts and supported an expansion contract. I also developed the first global JIRA Kanban board for regional project visibility and helped deliver Media Observation services through a public tender in EMEAR.
