What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production LLM agents and automation systems where evaluation, deterministic controls, observability, and reliable integration into real operational workflows matter.

I've built and operated AI and automation platforms at Swiggy and Flipkart Food, including an LLM quality and root-cause engine that replaced a third-party vendor and delivered projected savings of about ₹5 Cr. My work spans post-order support chatbots, agent-assist response systems, policy-as-code decision engines, and middleware for contact-center, ticketing, and CRM systems.

I build agents as versioned, testable software: deterministic enforcement around models, regression suites, pre-rollout simulation, shadow mode, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus. Through projects including QuickBites, Thought Translate, Sreshtha, and Auralis, I've shipped document, retrieval, translation, and agent-control systems using the Sarvam stack and provider-agnostic LLM layers.
