What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production-focused Generative AI products involving RAG, GraphRAG, agentic workflows, retrieval quality, evaluation, APIs, and cloud deployment, while applying my CX operations experience to practical user needs.

I build LLM-powered applications including Digital Vakil, a GraphRAG legal AI assistant for querying Indian legal documents, and AKKI Fashion Assistant, a multi-agent recommendation system for product comparison and deal discovery.

My projects combine Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Neo4j, ChromaDB, BM25, FastAPI, Docker, and AWS EC2. I design hybrid retrieval, knowledge-graph traversal, agent workflows, evaluation pipelines, and deployed APIs that ground responses in retrieved context.

I also built a government scholarship assistant that unifies Excel and PDF data, plus SmartLoan AI, an end-to-end loan approval prediction pipeline using MLflow, FastAPI, Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS EC2.

Before focusing on Generative AI, I spent more than six years in CX operations at Ienergizer, HCL Technologies, and Concentrix, leading QA audits, managing SLA performance, mentoring teams, and resolving customer issues. I bring that operational rigor and user-centric perspective to AI products.
