At HitechSolutions(PVT)LTD, I designed PCB layouts and electrical schematics for embedded system prototyping, circuit validation, and hardware integration. I also developed computer vision inspection and sorting systems using Python and OpenCV, achieving 93% classification accuracy with a CNN model and 97% system-level accuracy in the peanut sorting system.
I developed and deployed the company website using React, PHP, and MySQL, with dynamic content management, Google reCAPTCHA, and server-side IP-based rate limiting.
For my IoT Integrated Slot Die Ink Deposition Station project, I developed an ESP32-based automated prototype with synchronized stepper motor control, embedded firmware, and Wi-Fi provisioning. System validation achieved 98% flow rate accuracy, and AWS IoT Core, MQTT, and AWS S3 supported secure remote monitoring and cloud data logging.
My other projects include an IoT waste management prototype with cloud-connected monitoring and a GSM-based gas monitoring system with SMS alerts. I’m interested in developing reliable embedded, automation, and IoT solutions for real-world engineering applications.
