At Zone Twentyfourseven (PVT) LTD, I contributed to migrating the Wildfire Defence System from i.MX6 to Digi ConnectCore 93. I upgraded Linux Kernel 6.6, configured U-Boot, ported drivers, and helped implement a multi-target build system with A/B partitioning for future OTA updates.
I also developed a Python-based automated tester for industrial equipment kiosks, coordinating MQTT actions and automating Borrow/Return workflows. For the Sentinel Watchdog Agent, I developed a C#/.NET Worker Service with monitoring modules and integrated Firebase Realtime Database with a React dashboard.
In my projects, I built a USB-CDC bootloader for STM32F303 with CRC32-protected firmware updates, and implemented a RISC-V core and Sobel edge-detection pipeline on a Zynq MicroZed. I’m completing a B.Sc. Engineering (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Peradeniya.
