At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I’ve supported operations across US mortgage processing, quality assurance, and compliance. In Pre-Purchase Review for US Home Loans (Citi Bank NA), I reviewed loan files and provided corrective feedback.

I was promoted to Quality Checker and then to Band 3 (Team Lead equivalent). I also trained new joiners and handled KYC verification for loan files.

Since January 2025, I’ve supported talent acquisition and delivery excellence by coordinating interview logistics, candidate documentation, and onboarding activities. I also prepare weekly MIS reports.
