I’m a detail-oriented Executive with 2 years of expertise in Service Level Management, focused on optimizing service delivery processes and strengthening operational excellence. I’m known for defining, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) against agreed standards.

In my current role, I prepare performance reports and SLA compliance updates for stakeholders and management, using monitoring tools and KPIs to track service performance and drive corrective actions. I also conduct audits to confirm adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements, then propose improvements based on findings.

I actively support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce service disruption risk. I collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams across Change Management, Problem Management, and Critical Incident Management, while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Before this, I worked as a Senior Associate Consultant, sourcing and managing candidate pipelines through application review and process management. I also completed hands-on training in BIM during a BIM Application Engineering Trainee role, building my practical foundation in technical work.
