I am seeking a role where I can apply litigation and corporate contract expertise, work cross-functionally, support M&A or corporate compliance, and grow into senior in-house counsel responsibilities.

I am a dedicated legal professional with 3.5 years of hands-on experience across litigation and corporate law, including civil, criminal, commercial and U.S. corporate matters. I have practical courtroom experience managing 60+ active cases and portfolio management of 30+ cases in High Court matters.

My work includes drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, NDAs, SLAs and shareholder agreements, and conducting CLM activities such as vetting, abstraction, redlining and redaction. I have drafted or reviewed contracts valued at over ₹20 Crores and supported M&A due diligence and contract analysis.

I leverage legal research and e-discovery tools like LexisNexis, Casemine and Manupatra to support litigation strategy and risk analysis, and I have experience with lead generation, data analytics, market research and cross-functional collaboration with US clients. I am registered with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and cleared the All India Bar Examination.

I pursue continuous professional development with diplomas in US Corporate Law, International Business Laws and Corporate Law Practice, and I apply practical tech skills including Microsoft Office, database management, MIS reporting and AI tools to enhance legal workflows.
