I’m a Legal Associate with hands-on experience in contract management within a fast-paced legal operations team. I draft, review, and redline commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

I regularly extract and summarize key contractual terms—termination, renewal, indemnities, and liability provisions—to support client compliance and risk management objectives. I also maintain accurate, organized contract databases to enable quick retrieval and seamless workflow integration.

In parallel, I leverage legal technology tools and contract management platforms to streamline abstraction and data entry processes. I collaborate with cross-functional quality teams to meet turnaround timelines and uphold high standards in legal deliverables.

Earlier in my career, I completed multiple legal internships where I conducted legal research using Manupatra, SCC Online, and Indian Kanoon, drafted pleadings and legal documents, and prepared legal notes, case summaries, and arbitration-related submissions.
