In my current role as a Legal Associate at Exo Edge, I review and redline 100+ commercial agreements for global clients, focusing on risk exposure in termination, indemnity, and liability clauses. I handle contract management and CIR, and I perform document review for relevance and privilege using Relativity in U.S. litigation and civil matters.

Previously, as an Associate Legal Counsel at the High Court of Judicature at Delhi, I drafted briefs and synopses for senior counsels and prepared a wide range of pleadings, including writ petitions, interim applications, and notices. I conducted in-depth case law and statutory research using SCC Online and Manupatra, and learned how the Delhi High Court’s e-filing portal and cause list system work.

Earlier, during my Legal Internship at the High Court of Lucknow, I observed case mentioning, adjournments, arguments, and order dictation. I assisted in preparing Civil Appeals & Revisions, Bail Applications, and Affidavits, and I also observed PILs, constitutional matters, and urgent hearings while learning to read and interpret the daily cause list.
