At Ally Financial, I wrote Python scripts integrating Claude Code and MCP connectors with ServiceNow and Dynatrace to automate root-cause analysis and generate incident reports, cutting payment-incident MTTR by about 10%.

I built Dynatrace observability for SmartCash across four domains, adding dashboards, alerting rules, and synthetic monitors for payment flows and AWS jobs. I’m also working on the SmartCash migration to AWS, documenting the architecture and developing Ansible playbooks for observability baselines.

Previously, I led development of the TSS FX platform at JP Morgan Chase and worked on ISO 20022, SWIFT, and mainframe payment systems across my roles at JP Morgan Chase, Lloyds Banking Group, and AT&T. I bring that financial-services and mainframe background to cloud and DevOps modernization.
