What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Operations Manager position at TechBiz Global, where I can use my operational leadership and process optimization skills to support seamless workflows and efficiency across departments.

At Lifey Berlin Accomodation GmbH, I manage operations for a residential company with 17 apartments in Berlin and Munich. I coordinate portfolio operations, commercial and administrative activities, and work with tenants, landlords, property managers, and service providers.

At KUMMUNI GmbH, I managed 127 international client accounts across 40 countries, valued at €1.8 million annually. I guided a multidisciplinary team of 14 employees and introduced KPI tracking to improve performance visibility.

At Indie Campers, I oversaw daily operations for a fleet of 42 vehicles and coordinated Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Workshop teams. I also monitored operational KPIs and made workflow improvements to support service quality and retention.

Earlier, I increased revenue at Bhalshankar Electricals & Consultants by 20% within six months through process optimization and targeted business development. I also co-managed Dial A Pizza and founded Blue Panther Foods, where I helped build profitable operations and customer-focused processes.
