At Government of Montserrat - Ministry of Education, I provide system-level technical support on education quality, safeguarding, inclusion, reporting, data systems, policy, and school improvement. I develop safeguarding policies, referral pathways, and case-documentation tools, using school consultation and operational data to identify gaps and inform recommendations.

My PhD research at University of Trinidad and Tobago examined challenges in educating refugee and migrant children in Trinidad and Tobago through qualitative methods. My work spans education, migration, and protection, and my scholarly interests include educational technology, ethical AI, datafication, and institutional accountability.
